Frequently Asked Questions

Collections can take place between Tuesday – Sunday. Please have your confirmation email with you to collect orders. You will be emailed once your order is ready for collection, please do not attempt collection until you have been contacted.

All orders are dispatched within 2-4 business days with same day locally delivery within a 10 mile radius to Tring, Hertfordshire. If you live outside of this area please contact us at victoria@littletringcakes.co.uk to discuss delivery. Please note that it is the customers responsibility to be home to accept deliveries. If you are not home, we will endeavor to contact you but failing this will leave your package in a safe place. We are unable to reattempt deliveries.
