Faqs

Collection: Collections can take place between Tuesday – Sunday. Please have your confirmation email with you to collect orders. You will be emailed once your order is ready for collection, please do not attempt collection until you have been contacted.

Delivery: Please note that it is the customers responsibility to be home to accept deliveries. If you are not home, we will endeavour to contact you but failing this will leave your package in a safe place. We are unable to reattempt deliveries.

Allergens: We are unable to guarantee that any of our products are free of allergens. Should this prompt any questions please email victoria@littletringcakes.co.uk.

What’s the shelf life of your cakes: All products supplied have a minimum shelf life of 3 days (2 days for buns). All products are labelled with a best before date.
